how does it work?
Initial Home Inspection
Each new HomeHandled member receives a thorough home inspection from one of our licensed home inspectors so that there are no hidden surprises and we can customize a plan for your unique home needs.
Customized Home Plan
Once the inspection is complete, we will review it and put together a tailored plan for your ongoing maintenance while we also highlight any repairs you may want to consider for us to manage for you.
Maintenance & Repairs
Your home plan will include routine maintenance and regular visits to your property to ensure that everything is in order. And of course, we will always maintain regular communication with members and their family.
What does it cost?
One-time membership fee: $495 - Initial home inspection from licensed home inspector - Consultation with HomeHandled representative - Customized home plan tailored for your home and family
Monthly payment: $150 - Visit the home up to three times per quarter - Perform routine maintenance around the home - Thorough 18-point preventative maintenance checklist - Manage home repairs big or small (additional fees may apply) - Communicate regularly with members and their family
