OWNING A HOME, HANDLED
One intelligent app that handles every repair, bill, document and decision — it even picks up the phone and calls contractors for you.

Hours a year the average homeowner spends managing their home.
Chasing bills. Hunting for a plumber who answers the phone. Trying to remember whether the boiler is still under warranty. None of it is hard — it's just endless. Home Handled takes it off your plate.

It picks up the phone so you don't have to.
Tell the Concierge what's wrong in your own words. It asks what a tradesperson would ask, then telephones real contractors itself — gets quotes and arrival windows, and comes back with options.
Not a directory. Not a lead form. The app makes the calls.

Every home bill. One place.
What's due, what's paid, what's overdue — with payment from inside the app. It watches for the ones that don't look right, so a bad month is something you hear about rather than discover.

Fix it before it costs you.
Every task dated and prioritised, split into what you can do yourself and what needs a pro — and the Concierge can take the second kind off your hands entirely.

Never hunt for a document again.
Warranties, manuals, insurance, receipts — filed and searchable the moment you need them. The Vault speaks up before something runs out, which is usually the only time it matters.

One number for your whole home.
Broken into bill health and maintenance health. It doesn't just grade you — it tells you the specific actions that would raise it, so the number is a to-do list rather than a verdict.

Straight answers.
Home Handled is an AI-powered home management app. It tracks your bills and flags unusual charges, reminds you about maintenance before things break, keeps your home documents in one secure place, scores the overall health of your home — and its AI Concierge can actually call contractors to get quotes and book appointments for you.
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of the full app. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription on day 8. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged for the subscription.
Home Handled Plus is $24.99 per month, or $159.99 per year — that works out to about $13.33 per month. Your subscription covers the entire app: the Bills Center, Maintenance Intelligence, the Document Vault, the Home Score, and the AI Concierge. Contractor bookings are charged separately, per request — see the next question.
Contractor bookings aren't included in your subscription — they're charged per request: $9.99 on an active Plus subscription, or $39.99 during the free trial. That fee covers the Concierge's work of sourcing and calling contractors on your behalf. It does not cover the contractor's labor, which you pay to the contractor directly, on their own terms.
Yes — real phone calls. You describe the problem, the Concierge gathers whatever a contractor would need to know, and then it places the calls itself to get quotes and arrival windows. It's not a directory, and it's not a lead form that forwards your details and leaves you to follow up on your own.
Contractors are independent third-party businesses. Home Handled finds them, calls them, and books them at your request, but it does not employ them, perform, or supervise the work, and it does not guarantee their quality, licensing, insurance, or pricing. The contract for the work is between you and the contractor, and any dispute about the work is between the two of you. Our Terms of Service spell out exactly where each party stands.
The Concierge lets you know right away rather than leaving your request open. Whether the booking fee is refunded in that situation is still being finalized, and we won't publish a policy here that our actual refund process doesn't follow.
Your subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel it there — in your subscription settings for that store. Deleting the app does not stop billing. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date for it to take effect on that date, and you'll keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Partial subscription periods aren't refunded, and unused time on an annual plan canceled partway through isn't refunded. Refunds for store-billed purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own policies. Any refund rights you have under the laws of your state or country are not affected by this policy.
Only what they need to quote and complete the job: your name, your address, your phone number, and a description of the problem. The Concierge shares this information only when you ask it to book something. Our Privacy Policy details exactly what we collect, what we share, and with whom.
No. Home Handled does not sell your personal information. Your bills, documents, and home data are used to run the service for you — reminders, alerts, scores, and bookings — never to build advertising profiles. The Privacy Policy sets out the full details, including your rights to access and delete your data.
You can delete your account from inside the app, and the documents you've uploaded to the Document Vault are deleted along with it. Some records may be retained where the law requires it — for tax or accounting purposes, for example. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what's deleted, what's kept, and for how long.
Contractor booking depends on having contractors available to call in your area, so coverage isn't the same everywhere. Our launch regions haven't been finalized yet, and we'd rather not guess at it here — check back soon for the latest coverage details.
